Introducing Axis Golf Z5 Tour Wedge, a player-friendly wedge that has evolved into a more practical tool for actual gameplay, thanks to its training on the tour. With its powerful backspin and a sole design that does not limit your options for lies, this wedge was manufactured entirely by skilled craftsmen in Japan, with an emphasis on both feel and usability.
This new era of wedge design features a bounce angle set at 12 degrees (for SW), and a semi-wide sole with a unique shape that is more slip-resistant and less likely to get stuck in the grass compared to the Z1 Tour-spec wedge. The center of gravity has been raised to enhance spin performance, ensuring stable spin for approaches from close range. The heel side of the sole has been shaved down to its limits, resulting in remarkable release upon impact.
The Z5TOUR WEDGE's head shape has been carefully crafted to improve maneuverability, making it possible to execute a wide variety of technical shots with ease. This domestically made wedge is a product of strict attention to detail and a passion for perfecting both the feel and the ease of use.
