Yururi introduces the Fried-Egg Sand Wedge made for ultimate relief or escape. The Fried-Egg wedge is a specially designed wedge made for sand play. 57* loft and available in Soft and Hard versions, the Fried-Egg can tackle any kind of bunker lie. Usually the amateur and recreational type player is pre-occupied with escaping bunker rather than attacking the pin. The Fried-Egg allows all golfers a chance at the pin with a sure shot of escaping the bunker. The unique sole design helps any golfer swing confidently through the sand without worrying about the head digging too much or coming in too shallow. The pressure from Fried-Egg;s uniquely large sole forces the ball and sand in an upwards trajectory for a sure escape.
So which one is right for you, Soft or Hard? The impact of the wedge on the sand and ball is based on the optimum bounce of the club. This depends on the type of sand used in your area. The Soft Fried Egg is made for bunkers with soft and loose sand while the Hard Fried Egg will excel in packed or damp sand. Another way of choosing Soft or Hard is if you have a steep downward attack angle you should choose Soft. If you have more of a sweeping style, then Hard is probably for you. The Hard version has 4 degrees of bounce to promote digging through the (harder) sand while the soft version has 12 degrees of bounce that promotes an easy flow through the (softer) sand.
Available in 57* loft and in S200, GS95 Stiff, Graphite Stiff, Graphite Regular, or Graphite Ladies flex.
